    Nourish The Heart Counseling is a growing, fully remote group practice dedicated to supporting individuals and families navigating eating disorders, body image issues, and co-occurring mental health concerns. We’re currently seeking licensed professionals (LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, and Psychologists) who are passionate about this work and eager to be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

    This full-time telehealth position offers the opportunity to engage in deeply meaningful clinical work while contributing to a mission-driven practice built on shared values.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, family, or group therapy to clients navigating eating disorders and related concerns

  1. Develop personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans

  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, dietitians, and psychiatric providers

  3. Engage in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations

  4. Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For

Fully licensed or provisionally licensed in the state of Connecticut (LPC-A, LMFTA, LMSW, Psych Associate, or equivalent)

  1. Experience with eating disorders, trauma, and co-occurring conditions preferred

  2. Passionate about providing affirming, weight-inclusive, and anti-diet care

  3. Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote work

  4. A kind, collaborative, and self-motivated clinician

Support for Provisionally Licensed Clinicians

We welcome provisionally licensed therapists and offer high-quality clinical supervision from experienced, credentialed supervisors. Our supervision is tailored to your developmental needs and aligned with licensure requirements—helping you build confidence and competence as a clinician in a nurturing, supportive setting.
